Heard that some people they said if they didn't contact the boss of IT department they wouldnt get the interview which will lead to getting a job becacuse of HR or their Talent Aqusaition team, that are dogshit at their job. A friend told me, he reached out to YC founder on Linkedin that come from his country And the YC founder wanna have a vidcall So as the title says
