Star

In high level management roles, do you still use STAR? I get stumped on thinking I always have to use STAR. So if the question is what is your perspective on xyz. My brain goes into haywire mode trying to find a STAR story in which I may not have one because I don’t have that experience but theoretically I could share what I think I could do. So now I get stuck because I don’t have an experience STAR story to share and I’ve gone into a panic that I can’t think clearly to even articulate what I would think.
