I recently interviewed for a

Data Engineer role at Meta and wanted some advice. This was the process: * Recruiter call * Technical screen with SQL and Python (10 questions, solved 8) * Virtual onsite with 3 technical rounds (product sense, data modeling, SQL, Python) and 1 Ownership round The recruiter said the technical rounds went well, but the Ownership round was not strong enough. Because of that, they want to schedule a follow-up Ownership round to get more clarity before making a decision. From what I understand, the Ownership round is fully behavioral. It focuses on taking responsibility, driving work end to end, working with other teams, and learning from mistakes. Has anyone gone through a follow-up Ownership round at Meta? * Is this common? * Should I use new examples or go deeper into the same ones? * Any tips on how to answer these questions? Thanks in advance.
