Supposedly employees are getting stack ranked by team at Meta -- and while I knew it was competitive I feel like this feels so cutthroat and insane. I already was trying to get treatment for anxiety and mental health issues and learning more about this situation is so stressful. I'm guessing other companies are not this insane, but are they? Trying to gauge how anxiety inducing other workplaces are compared to Meta -- do you guys stack rank too? lol Is this actually normal and am I just freaking out?
