Hey Everyone, I woke up to a final round rejection today. It was sent at 5 AM so was the first thing I saw when I woke up (amazing). This is the third time in less than a year I've made it to the final stage and not gotten the job. I think my problem is I have a hard time thinking on the spot and forming a cohesive answer when I don't expect a question. Does anyone have any tips for this or general tips for final rounds? Edit (next day): Just want to say thank you for all the encouragement and kindness. Just knowing there are others out there going through the same thing makes me feel better. It's the next day and I actually have a very warm referral. My dad knows someone whose son is the CEO at a company looking to hire and I sent over my resume saying I was referred by her and he (CEO) is passing it along to his co-founder. So wanted to add this in caze anyone reading this is also feeling hopeless. Things can change quickly and we can wake up hopeless and go to bed feeling completely different.
