I have seen and congratulated those who got the jobs they were after, hoping my turn may come, and it has!! I had my third round interview just before Christmas Eve and was told I would find out in the new year. I waited patiently and received an update 7th January, mentioning that I should book an appointment for feedback. Next available slot was a week away. I took the slot, thanked the recruiter and made aware I have other options but would very much like to know the outcome of this interview. I asked if she could clarify if this discussion will include a decision regarding the position or if it’s intended as a general feedback discussion. She apologised and stated a busy calendar and that she would contact me the next day. Lo and behold she offered me the job! Stating it was very competitive and down to the last 3 but that I really stood out throughout! Been offered top end of the salary and loads of great benefits! It’s really the kind of start I was hoping for, for this year! For those waiting I wish you all the best, hope we all smash it in new jobs! That we walk into great positions with great people and all continue to grow 👍
