How was new grad 26 recruiting for everyone? Was fortunate enough to have a return offer, but none of my new grad interviews/onsites converted to an offer, which I thought was shocking since I probably had more than a dozen processes. All my processes were either from quants/unicorns (openai, databricks, etc) or small niche startups in the bay area but nothing in between interestingly – most of big/medium-sized tech I know meta/amazon/netflix/etc weren't hiring or went into a slow hiring freeze. I found the ng interviews to be harder in general with ppl fighting for limited headcount but curious about everyone's experiences if they were able to land anything better or on par with their RO
