Hey everyone, I recently went through the interview process with Charles Schwab for a Software Developer role (I believe it’s a Level 57). Basically my Timeline on my end has been • Applied early February • Recruiter reached out about a month later • Went through hiring manager two weeks later then final final round interviews shortly after Overall, I felt like the interviews went well, especially the technical and architecture conversations. They mentioned I should hear back within about 2 weeks, so I’m currently in that waiting phase. Just wanted to check with others who’ve gone through Schwab’s process: How long did it take for you to hear back after the final round? .
