I recently had to complete an SHL online aptitude test as part of an application for a role as a Customer Relationship Manager at a bank. The test required me to complete 12 questions in 10 minutes. I did the practice test and got 4/4 questions right but ended up running out of time in the actual assessment and ended up leaving the last two questions unanswered which I am really gutted about. Is it fair to assume that they won't move forward or has anyone had the same experience and still progressed to the next round?
