Interview Experience
I have a first round interview coming up for an implementation consultant role at a payroll software company and I’m trying to prepare the right way. The interview is focused on logic and problem-solving questions where they care more about how you think and communicate than getting the exact answer. You’re expected to talk through your reasoning in real time. I don’t have a strong background in logic puzzles, so I’m working on getting more comfortable thinking out loud and breaking problems down under pressure. For anyone who’s been through something similar, what helped you feel prepared? What kind of questions did you see and how did you practice? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips.
