Hey everyone, I have an interview coming up in a few days for Premera Blue Cross's Software Development Summer Internship. I've been trying to find interview experiences on Glassdoor and Reddit but there's barely anything out there for this role. From what the recruiter shared, it's a 45-minute Microsoft Teams video call with the hiring manager and possibly 1-2 team members. The format is a mix of background questions and behavioral questions (STAR format type stuff like "Tell me about a time when you had to explain a complex topic to someone else"). What I'm wondering: - Did anyone interview for this role recently or in past years? What kind of questions did they ask? - Was there any coding or technical component, or was it purely behavioral? - Any tips on what they're looking for specifically? They're only hiring 1 intern for this team so I really want to nail it. Any insights would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance!
