I have a second-round interview tomorrow with two District Managers. I spoke with one of them in the first round, and the other is his partner DM. Does anyone have any tips for doing well in this stage of the interview? He mentioned preparing with the STAR method and knowing the disease states of the products. I’ve always struggled a bit with STAR, which is frustrating because I actually have a lot of experience to pull from. These are the questions I’m thinking about asking: 1. From your perspective, where do you see the biggest opportunity for growth in the territory? 2. At the end of the year, what would make you confident you hired the right person? 3. Based on our conversation today, do you have any concerns about my background that I could address? I’m still deciding on the last question because I don’t want it to come across as negative. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
