Joke

I kind of said a joke during a job interview for an event duty manager position. One of the interviewers was saying the job position requires a uniform and if i am ok with that..i replied "Depends...if the outfit is cute" and everyone laughed. What do you guys think? Was it inappropriate? I haven't heard from them yet.
