job searching right now and the JDs are getting wild. got one today for a “data science analyst” role that wants 12+ years experience in agentic layer A2A frameworks and MCP protocol. google launched A2A on april 9 2025. exactly a year ago. MCP has been around maybe a year and a half. but they want 12+ years. make it make sense. on top of that the same JD wants 6+ years in vector embeddings prompt engineering azure functions container apps and healthcare experience. under one title. one role. and then companies turn around and say they cant find qualified candidates. anyone else seeing this or has the market completely lost it Full JD 👇🏻 Must Have Skills Skill 1 – Yrs of Exp – 12+ - Data Science - Agentic Layer A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol Skill 2 - Yrs of Exp – 6+ - AI/ML engineering, specifically vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and context engineering SKill 3 - Yrs Of Exp - 6+ - programming skills in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go.
