Interview Experience
This post was last edited by Anonymous on 2025-09-25 21:15. After reading the posts on the forum, it seems my situation is different from everyone else's. I initially applied for positions in NC, and then my resume was transferred to CA. The first round was an engineer manager reach-out, who asked about some basic information about my resume and introduced the company. The second round on September 22nd was a tech screening (it felt like the opposite of what everyone else was doing). They asked a question that wasn't mentioned in the interview experiences. The question was as follows: A text is encoded as a list of numbers. In this list, a number <= 127 represents a one-byte character, two numbers (the first number must be > 127, and the second one can be any) represent a two-byte character. Question: decide if the last character is a one- or two-byte character. For example, [127,128,126], last one is a two-byte character; [122,123,124], last one is a one-byte character. Three days have passed, and I'm now waiting for updates. Sharing my experience with the shipping! I'll continue to share updates as they become available!
