Ideal

I am interviewing for product manager roles, I was asked what I would do if some feature broke due to engineering miss. Ideal answer: found it reported to engineering, see if it exists elsewhere in the system, make roadmap and add to tech debt My answer: find it, get it resolved on priority by engineering, do a UI/UX testing to see if cognitive load of user might effect usage( made sense given the problem). Am I getting rejected? I have cleared the PM rounds, this round was with engineering lead and design lead.
