From the HR interview onwards, I sensed this company was quite arrogant. They asked a lot of behavioral questions (BQ) and reviewed my resume. Basically, they asked why I wanted to join this new company, and then asked a lot about my trading and related Dev experience. It seemed they really valued BQ. The interviewers scrutinized every single point on my resume, making me feel like I needed to explain why each point could help Headlands and why I could impress them. If I didn't convey that, it wouldn't be a good fit... Good luck! Please give me some points!
