Hi everyone, Just wanted to see if anyone (possibly recruiters/hiring managers/interviewers themselves) would like to share certain signs/green flags that you liked a candidate during an interview and would probably proceed with them? And maybe also what makes you decide between two candidates if you are stuck in the decision phase? Anything will help at all, just trying to decipher whether my interviews went as good as I thought they did or I am just tripping. Thanks!
