Eow

So I just finished my 3 rounds of interview with a company (recruiter screening, panel, and HM) and the recruiter said they would debrief at the EOW. Then, she asked to set up a 15 call Thursday morning (yesterday) literally just to say "we are debriefing later this afternoon but wanted to check in to see if you had any Qs" then she briefly went over comp and asked how my other processes are going. She said I can expect a call today or tomorrow from her and she'll provide updates. Then, after a long day of waiting for a phone call, she finally sent an email to schedule a "15 min update call" with me tomorrow morning... I dont think i got the job. I feel like they should have sent me an email or called me earlier at that point, but some glimmer of hope is telling me that they were busy and had to debrief at the EOD or offer approval was taking longer than expected or smth. My heart is in my throat and I'm so nervous. This is my ideal company and I absolutely love the team... to all recruiters, PLS stop scheduling 15-min calls to reject candidates, or just call it a "feedback" call instead of smth ambiguous. It's killing the candidates ☠️ UPDATE: I GOT THE OFFER!!! PTL!!
