You have no idea how much difference it makes! Adaptive mode allows me to actually hear myself and pace myself better as compared to ANC mode. I always thought ANC blocks background noises much better than Adaptive mode but only applies to sound coming in, not the sound going out. So try Adaptive mode for your next interview and assess it yourself!
