Current Company: TCS (YOE 1.6 yrs) Intuit SDE 1 Interview Experience: Here is exactly how the pipeline broke down: 🗓 Nov 9: Applied online. 🗓 Nov 25 | Stage 1: The Coding Challenge (90 mins) Received the initial OA from Uptime Crew (Intuit's assessment partner). A solid test of core algorithmic thinking and problem-solving under a time crunch. 🗓 Nov 27 | Stage 2: 1:1 Recruiter Screen A 30-minute video call. We went beyond standard behavioral questions and dove into my technical interests, debugging approach, and how I integrate and verify AI coding assistants in my daily workflow. 🗓 Take-Home | Stage 3: The Build Challenge A 2 to 4-hour assignment. This was my favorite part. It pushed me to apply practical system design principles, forcing me to think deeply about scalable code rather than just passing basic test cases. 🗓 Dec 9 | Stage 4: 1:1 Tech Screen & Code Review A 30-minute deep dive into my Build Challenge code with a senior engineer. I had to run a live demo, defend my design decisions, discuss the tradeoffs I made, and identify two specific areas I would improve if I had more time. ❌ Stage 5: Final Round (60 mins with Intuit Engineers) This is the final hurdle. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to this stage.
