Under consideration for the project application software engineer at Lutron, I already cleared the first round (just some basic behavioral and OOP questions using pseudocode). I have the second round next week which is an hour and 30 minute interview followed by a 30 minute interview with I'm assuming either a peer or hiring manager. Some sources have said that they just ask you some whiteboard questions on developing a light automation system, others say they make you solve LeetCode mediums, so I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the interview process at Lutron and can share some insights. Thanks!
