YOE: 5.5 Applied through LinkedIn. Round 1 (Manager): - Talked about the sumo product, the team and the tech stack used (Golang). - Discussed about my work experience and projects I lead recently. Round 2 (DSA): - Find majority element with optimal approach (voting algo). - Max area of islands (dfs). Round 3 (Design): - Design a distributed Job scheduler. The user should be able to schedule jobs in two ways (once or recurring). Verbal Offer by manager after the process: 35 base + 3.8 bonus + 4 retention bonus (after 1st year) Did not get a concrete offer. Reason: notice period higher than they expected (60 days) :D
