Do you ever feel like some companies only pretend they’re hiring? They conduct the first round of interview and then never follow up or provide feedback. In my case, I was given two DSA questions: 1. Longest substring without repeating characters https://leetcode.com/problems/longest-substring-without-repeating-characters/description/ 2. Word ladder https://leetcode.com/problems/word-ladder/ I solved both questions, and the interviewers even verified the solutions with test cases. However, after that, I received no further communication. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times asking for an update or feedback, but the response kept getting delayed. After four follow-ups, I eventually gave up. It’s disappointing to see even well-known companies like Zeta operate this way. Why does this happen so often?
