Outcome: Solved completely with all test cases

passed.

Problem 2 *

Reference: Similar to LeetCode's "Furthest Building You Can Reach." *

Outcome:

Passed 12 out of 15 test cases. The remaining cases failed due to a Time Limit Exceeded (TLE) error because I was unable to implement memoization within the time limit.
