I recently completed the Microsoft interview process, which consisted of one HackerRank Online Assessment followed by three one-on-one rounds covering coding, system design, and behavioral topics. Although I feel confident in my performance, there is a discrepancy between my experience and the frequently reported four or five-round structure. I am currently assessing whether a three-round loop is considered complete and standard, or if extra rounds are mandatory follow-ups that are typically scheduled after receiving positive initial feedback.
