Interview Process The recruitment process spanned two months and consisted of an Online Assessment followed by four interview rounds. 1. Online Assessment The initial screening covered React.js, CSS, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). **2.
Technical Round 1: DSA This round focused on problem-solving, specifically utilizing Heaps and Hash-based logic. 3.
Technical Round 2: System Design The interviewer tested Core JavaScript fundamentals alongside a combination of Low-Level Design (LLD) and DSA. 4.
Technical Round 3: Role Specialization This round was centered on React.js. The primary task was to implement shopping cart functionality, requiring both LLD and High-Level Design (HLD) approaches. 5. Bar Raiser Round** While a mix of behavioral and HLD questions was expected, this session heavily prioritized optimization techniques and payment system architecture. No behavioral questions were asked.
Outcome Rejection. Despite positive feedback in the technical rounds, the candidacy ended after the Bar Raiser due to gaps in domain-specific knowledge regarding payment systems.
