Hey folks, I graduated in December 2024 and started my first full-time SWE role in February 2025. Over the past year, I’ve landed onsites at Bloomberg, Uber, and Microsoft. Unfortunately, I got

rejected from all of them. At this point, I feel like I know the interview process inside out. I’ve done the prep, the LeetCode grind, mock interviews, networking, you name it. But I’m still trying to break into one of these top tech companies, and I’ll be honest, it’s been exhausting. I’m wondering if anyone here has tips, insights, or maybe a different approach I should be considering. Is it just a matter of persistence and timing in this market, or is there something I could be doing differently to stand out? Would love to hear your stories or advice, especially from people who were in the same boat but eventually made it in.
