I dont know if its the vyvanse but had an interview with a introverted cto and it was so much different then all those extroverted hr people.

I’m used to having a constant flow with HR people, even the guys in the second rounds and so on. This guy, though, knew a lot, but he was very calm the whole time, and I couldn’t really read the room.
