Hello everyone. I'm of course searching for a job, mostly in food service as its what I have most experience in currently (In school for other stuff). I've only had two jobs, and one of them was fast food. I think my reason for leaving that I give messes up my entire interview, as by the post description, I tell them that I left because of poor management. For a precise description of the work environment I was in; Favorite-picking by managers which led to extremely uneven delegation of tasks, hostile attitudes and harassment by managers and other employees, inefficient practices, that if not followed would get us written up by mainly one manager, among several other things. I ended up quitting because all of this plus only having one shirt to wear and wash all the time and I was getting physically ill from the stress and physical demand (plus preexisting health issues made worse). I need so much insight on how to turn this into a thing of not seeming like I'm blaming everyone but myself and not holding myself accountable for any of my own mistakes. Any advice is great, honestly. Thank you!
