so i was expecting a rejection call from my recruiter after our follow up call kept getting pushed back a fee day since she didn't have time to call for a "few mins". on Tuesday we finally got to conn

so i was expecting a rejection call from my recruiter after our follow up call kept getting pushed back a fee day since she didn't have time to call for a "few mins". on Tuesday we finally got to connect and she said the role would be going to be filled by someone with more years of experience. but then she asked if id be open to a position a grade level lower and asked for my expected salary, is this a good sign? but that position isn't posted anywhere, its been a few days now and im just waiting to hear back again
