I had a 3rd round last week, and he unexpectedly asked me to stay on the Zoom to pass me to the VP of Operations - yay surprise 4th interview on the spot! Learned some really interesting details of why they are alway hiring (“we use event staffing, which is great bc they don’t get benefits so it keeps our overhead low”) - decided it’s not for me, but definitely felt like waiting to see what the offer would be, and now I get yet another request. At this point it’s been 4 weeks since they first reached out - all for a job that pays subpar for the area. Is this normal with larger companies?
