Correlation to Hiring Manager viewing profile, and made a hire?

Corporate USA. I have started to notice that in alot of my interviews where I was rejected that they never looked at my Linkedin. The recruiter might have. Some of those positions I still see the post

Corporate USA. I have started to notice that in alot of my interviews where I was rejected that they never looked at my Linkedin. The recruiter might have. Some of those positions I still see the posting up, or are still in process. Now I have been searching for awhile. I have looked up some positions that I interviewed for and seen that someone was hired, anyone. In those positions, the hiring manager viewed my profile. So maybe in the serious positions, they actually take the time to look at your profile. ANyone else see this correlation?
