I have always feared interviews, as I'm sure most do. Many people say "it's an opportunity to practice interview skills." I wouldn't argue with this but the truth is nobody enjoys being judged on every word they say, resulting in positive affirmation or rejection. Whilst I actually enjoyed meeting the people who interviewed me. I still endured my usual fast beating heart and self doubt. However, a technique that really worked, though I felt no ill feelings to anyone, was to think "what makes you better than me?." Why should I fear your opinion?" I didn't go into it with a aggressive mentality, but more with a conviction that I'm a good person or at least try my best to be. It really worked. I know self doubt can be crippling, but reminding myself that I was worthy went along way. Anyway, I hope this may help some of you. Best of luck on the job hunt!
