Interview was today at 830am. I was coming in riding high off being the number one slot from the initial written testing group, so when I showed up at 820, I came in with an easy smile and my back straight. I hadnt been told ahead that it was a panel interview, but it was three people, and it was the pretty general questions and taking notes, but they all gave me a smile, and I shook their hands in order of rank, before asking if I could take my seat. I went through all the questions with only a single "hmm" and request for clarification from myself, and in the end, shook everyone's hand again, and the head of the organization walked me out while we made small talk, and he said i did a great job. Frankly, I feel like a king. I really think ive got a good shot at the position. They say next steps will, if im chosen from the top 6, be to have a background check. Man I hope I got it. EDIT: Its been 24 hours since I left the interview, and I got an email saying I passed the interview and they are moving to the pre employment background check. LETS GOOOOO!
