First time I've ever done that, but felt great. COO was rude during our interview, constantly yawning and stretching, and it felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The other person from their team even commented "I'd like to step in here and break the ice a bit, unlike COO here." I initially sent a thank you email, but then 24 hours later I sent the withdrawal. Obviously I need a job, but couldn't work under someone like that.
