Got through to the last round of a grad scheme at a transport / urban consultancy Got past an online numerical and reasonings assessment, telephone interview and now onto the assessment centre. Never been to an assessment day. How do I prepare, it’s on Microsoft team for like 6 hours with two breaks. the itinerary says it starts with an interview, then a task with a presentation, ‘lunch with other graduates’ then a group task. Was not prepared for another interview, but makes sense. The first one was just voice not actual face to face, well screen to screen. I need this it’s been 3 years of job applications a job for 1.5 of those years which was toxic and unrelated to the field I want to be in then there was a global pandemic.
