I just had a first meeting with HR for a leadership position, Associate Director. They are a large Canadian company and reputable. They mentioned that if I were to move on to the next round, there would be an in person interview, then a third party leadership assessment (1.5hr online and 4 hours in person) and finally a Presentation or a meeting with the C-suite executive for the department. Does this seem a little much? Third party assessment before an offer that is over 5 hours long? The salary range is 130K-150K.
