Hi all, I had a HR phone screen interview today for a position at Nasdaq, and it was initially scheduled to be 10 minutes. However, it literally only lasted 3 minutes total... Afterward I was in shock - I think it either went horrendously or really well, I have no idea. The recruiter asked me about why I want to work in this role, and what compensation I'm looking for. And if I have experience with cash flows and investing. And then after I answered those, she said something along the lines of "This is a 3-round interview process, and there will be another interview early this week with the hiring manager". And that was it. If she mentioned further interviews, does this mean I made it to the next stage? Or is this just something they say generally to people? I have low self-esteem so I guess I assume the worst always (that I did horrendously and that's why it only lasted 3 minutes lol) but it could also mean she got all the info she needed right?
