I had a phone screen with a recruiter on Monday and today I messaged her to get an idea of when I can expect an update. She said they get lot of referrals and she will get back to me on Monday. This surely means no doesn't it? Why the long wait. I am guessing they moved on to latter rounds with other people and waiting to make offer before saying no to me. I just don't understand why I can't get anyone to hire me.
