Hi everyone, I am currently interviewing with Morgan Stanley in Canada. I have already completed two rounds and met with senior department heads at the ED level. I was surprised to see that there is a third round scheduled with a VP, and this one is onsite. I am trying to understand the purpose of this stage, especially since I have already spoken with more senior leadership. Is this a normal part of the hiring process at Morgan Stanley or common in Canada? Would appreciate any insights.
