Here is the timeline for my job application (scientist position) at Goodyear. Applied: Nov 20, 2025 Recruiter screening: Dec 2, 2025 Hiring manager 1:1: Dec 15, 2025 Panel interview (online): Jan 15, 2026 Hiring manager told I should hear back within one week from the recruiter if selected for next round and next round would be onsite. After that, recruiter emailed on Jan 26 that he didn’t hear back any feedback from the hiring team which is taking longer than expected. I followed up again on Feb 3 but he has not responded as of Feb 12. Any idea what’s going on or what should I do?
