Hey everyone - I hope the job hunt and interview process is going alright for you. Based off the posts in this sub and a couple of others, I get the feeling it's tough for everyone out there. In my most recent experience back in the market for a job, I learned that my partner is a fantastic interview coach and gained some serious knowledge and skills from him that I know can help others. At the end of the last interview I had, right before I received an offer, the interviewer said "wow you interview really well. I should be taking pointers" and expanded a bit on what she observed in the two interviews she had been a part of for that company. I spent some time writing out his prep method and overall job search philosophy to be able to use in the future and thought I'd put it together in a PDF. It's somewhat time consuming but I have a few days before I start my new job, so why not? I figured I'd ask you all some questions: 1. Do you think you'd benefit from a pdf outlining the tactics we took or am I just wasting time here? 2. If you could come up with 3 main questions you have for someone about interviews, what are they? 3. What's the biggest hurdle you face when it comes to interviews? Thanks in advance, and if I do decide to proceed with creating the pdf (making it look pretty, not just the sloppy word doc I have going now), I'll share it here!
