Hi all-- as you can tell from the title of this post, I have an upcoming interview with Bank of America within the Global Risk Development Internship Program. I wanted to ask, if anyone had past experience, what questions should I expect in the interview? I did research, and a lot of the questions seem to be behavioral based with some technical questions here and there. If anyone could comment on advice or tips ahead of this interview I would greatly appreciate it! Also, with the way the program is structured, how do they determine which of the 7 teams across the types of risks you will be assigned to? For some context, I am majoring in Risk Management/Insurance so I am not familiar or well versed on the financial side of the industry, but more on policy / compliance. From my previous internships I want to say I have somewhat rather extensive experience in government affairs and legal/regulatory environments on the insurance side. For those who’ve interned here, how are locations assigned? I know it’s mostly based on current openings and business needs, but I’m worried about finding housing if I’m placed somewhere other than the site where I already have secured housing. If you’ve been through this, did your existing housing/preference get considered, when did you find out your placement, and was any housing assistance offered if you were assigned elsewhere? Please let me know, and again, any information will be helpful!
