Throw away account. I’m heading into my 8th interview this week. Total of 3 hours, the blocks of time will be with the hiring manager and the officer stake holder. I’ve already interviewed with most of the stakeholders, this will be my 4th time with the hiring manager and 2nd time with one of officer stakeholders. They’ve also slotted only 30 min total to interview with the two person team I’ll be managing. (This is the first time, I’ll be meeting them). I’m finding the short time slot to be odd, given it’s the team I’d be managing. It’s two steps down in title from what I do now, and I’m over qualified for this role. One of the stakeholders mentioned this more than once in one of the interviews. I did a lengthy project and we’ve already discussed it at great length, two different times. I don’t even know what else they are looking for from me. At this point I’m out of questions to ask. Edit: Total of 3 hours, the blocks of time will be with the hiring manager and the officer stake holder. 30 mins of time to interview the team I’ll be managing. I’m stuck on what to ask the hiring manager and the officer stakeholder. Wanted to clarify about whom I’m interviewing with on round 8. update in comments
