Today I was finally scheduled for an interview. I have been trying to find a job for nearly a year. Countless applications sent with nothing but form letter rejections. Thankfully, today was different. I am interviewing for a job with Boeing. I have never been nervous about interviews before but after a year of nothing, the pressure to ace this one is immense. I know I can do the job (its a Materials Management Specialist position) but I know I will likely be going up against people with experience that is more closely related to the job. My background isn't in aerospace so I need to convince them to choose me over someone else who has probably done this exact job for a competitor in the industry. Does anyone here have any Boeing specific pointers they can share for the interview? I've been told they do STAR method interviews. Any help is much appreciated. I really need to make a good impression here
