I get call for 1st technical interview immediate after applying to infy for senior spring boot developer position and it went quite well on Saturday 28 June, then pn Tuesday I get a call from hr that I need to come for f2f interview managerial round on next Saturday so I went there for managerial round last Saturday and immediate after they gave me feedback and ask to go for hr discussion. We discuss salary and all there but today many of my friends who was there for hr discussion they got a mail for background verification but I didn't receive any ... Is it like they generate offer first and then do bgc ??
