Hey everyone, I have an upcoming initial prescreen with an EM for the Microsoft Core AI Org (SDE 2). Does anyone have recent experience with this specific org? Trying to figure out what I should expect for this first round. Is it usually just a standard LC (what difficulty?) + resume deep dive, or do EMs in the Core AI org index heavily on Behavioral / System Design right off the bat? Any insights into the interview index or recent experiences would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
