I passed all the test cases on hackrank and still rejected after OA

I took an assessment on hackrank for a firm and my submission was showing that all the test cases matched. Yet I received the rejection email and recruiter said that my score didn't meet the criterion

I took an assessment on hackrank for a firm and my submission was showing that all the test cases matched. Yet I received the rejection email and recruiter said that my score didn't meet the criterion. Is it common? Any idea what might have happened?
