I have \~10 years of software development experience. I hardly have to solve leetcode style problems in my daily work. Then why do I need to spend countless hours grinding leetcode just to crack the interview? What really matters is system design, whether you can think through long term impacts of the key decisions, communication, leadership skills, mentoring etc.. I can give interview today if thats what they are gonna ask about. But leetcode is taking too long to prepare. Are there any creative ways to find senior software roles that doesn't need leetcode style problem solving?
